Given the history of Aldiron Hero Group with the Indonesian military forces in the 1960s, there is an inherent focus on the aviation industry that subsequently encourages the management to set up the first academic institution on aviation-related studies in Indonesia in 2014. Called the Indonesia Aviation School (IAS), it is located within out Wisma Aldiron office in Jakarta.
IAS is the first provider to offer private training courses, creating opportunities for individuals who wish to become professional Air Traffic Controllers. With our one-year training course, certified by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and the Minister of Transportation, we can equip a candidate without any previous experience in the aviation industry with the knowledge and skills necessary to become a professional Air Traffic Controller. Additionally, the IAS offers ICAO English Language Proficiency courses for academic candidates interested.
